This morning I am driving down the highway, to get coffee and I see smoke on the side of the road. I thought it was a cigerette burning and since it's not really dry enough here for it to burn more than just a little grass, I almost drove by.
But I didn't, and it was a garbage bag full of matches someone must have just lit and thrown there, at the edge of the tree line.
I stomped it out and then poked in it to be sure the flames were out, and I see all the matchbook covers torn off, so I called the sheriffs office thinking someone is trying to burn down the woods across from my house. The Deputy said though it was left overs from a methlab.
I guess that explains the mentality in thinking a good way to get rid of it without drawing attention to themselves is to set it on the side of a busy highway, and light it on fire.
That's sort of like leaving your license at the house you just broke into, I think that was on America's Stupidest Criminals...
