Scott and I got as much done at the shop as far as reasembling the Handivan, got the new grill an head light bezels I have a Chevron Black and Silver on the way got the carpet in except to two spot I need to pry up the roll cage a bit to pull it tight but I used one inch stock painted black on the seams plus the glue dried overall so there is a little strip ten inches wide of carpeting still blue that I am gonna spray black with vynal spray from a can, and I have a plate made the size of one of the drive tires footprint than I am going to fine tune the chain it down and gone in under a minute sytem, by having a permanent mark where to line the chair up so both front chain have about the same amount of tension...

It's a good thing I forget cause I'd be really tired about now, I think I have worked on this thing for a year now but it's close to being ready.

I need to swap out the humoungous 1000cc battery in the back for a deep cycle one cause the chair lift runs off it and that's like starting your car thirty times and it drains it so low so quick whereas a marine battery would hold a charge enough that I don't run it done if we get stuck on the side of the road somewhere I need the Inverters to at least run her fans and I'm rambling again as usual but the bottom line is the battery had been disharged so many times it's not holding a charge like it was new and Advanced will likely just swap it out for me.

I need to get the aleternator tweaked to put out 140 amps instead of 105 which is what it currently is, and at night with all the lights on you can see it hovering just about 12v so I could use the extra 30 amps.

I've still gotta paint the door jambs and touch up a couple oops I did, glad I have extra paint left, scrub the thing out real good and put on the dash cover and then Scott is going to wetsand the thing and buff it and detail the thing and at the end of summer I'll get it waxed by the detail shop in town and this thing should be good for an easy five years if not tens.

Scott and Luke really helped me out bigtime I appreciate that and we beat the clock as far as getting the wife to a hearing aid center on the Fourth (Who is open on the Fourth) and the three other doctors trips this next coming week...

But yeah wet sanding the entire thing with #2000 then buffing it is a big job but when you cut the orange peel flat and shine it up you can see yourself in it like a mirror and Scott wants to do it...

Personally I'm pretty content with it as it is except for a little black that got on the outside when we did the door jambs.

It's gonna be like sanding a school bus.

You're a real go getter. Do you actually make any money spamming?
Seriously I'm curious how profitable it is.
