Have you ever seen the rain?

Severe weather alerts tornadoes at 5:30 am I've had some rest no Diabetes for me says the Doc that I trust to tell me such things severe exhaustion sleep when you can and it's mostly the source of the cold Malaria like sweats that keep coming back not a creek in the house the wife's a light sleeper and slept through the high winds and 4 inches of rain in an hour I stood on the back deck keeping watch ready to lift her and take her to a particularly stout part of the house and down below if time allowed as soon as I heard a freight train.

The tornado was sighted just west of us no reports of damage hundreds of thousands of acres of tree and sparsely populated.

The Trees Will Bend but I still need to go to the farm and check on the buildings, the farm being in the "sparsely" populated area if the rain slows down otherwise I've had a good 4 or 5 nights of pieced together sleep and feel human again so maybe I'll clean out the bunker region a bit and the bottom garage in general so I can forget about the tooth I had pulled yesterday LOL.

Can you aim some of that rain east and just a touch south, please? For weeks & weeks we've had rain threaten, but pass over.

By the way, you've got a nearly identical post just below this one. Looks like there was a glitch and it posted twice.

Thanks!

It must have been a glitch, I had edited in a different vid and it must have just started a new post on it's own.

By the way, we got that rain. Nice. I've been getting frustrated with never knowing whether or not to water the pasture...and I only have sprinklers in one out of the three of them anyway. This is spring! The grass should be growing!

Rainy day reading and a toothache got the better of me. Nap snuck up when I closed my eyes to ponder.. "I shoulda told him to ship that ol' whirlie NE, and I'll give her a hot potato toss on up to Washington DC". Nap ended with an analog, rabbit-eared weather guy telling me about a confirmed tornado touchdown. "Huh? Am I awake?" Ok yeah whew. NC storm is real world but more than a hundred miles away. Nobody hurt here. Nobody hurt in FL. Good.

I'm gonna shuffle on back to anonymous reading now, but before I go I just gotta ask... Do you have the musical equivalent of a photographic memory, or.. do you have what I call an internal radio that turns up the volume on appropriate lyrics.. even lyrics you didn't quite catch in the 70's? Synchronicity is spooky fun. You're good at it. Carry on! S
