I have two more Inspections left

Untill the house is considered done. The last one is the close out which is basically a final. The one I am about to call for is the framing. The wiring, plumbing, and duct work needs to be roughed in and they check to be sure I have everything properly anchored as far as the framing of the house is concerned. You cannot cover things up until you pass this inspection, so I can't insulate the house untill then.

What I meant was my house is already silent inside because of how its constructed, and the pipes didn't freeze under the worse conditions it would face, ie, 25 degree nights and no insulation. When the house is insulated I'll never need to worry about dripping my faucets in frigid weather since they didn't freeze.
