Jan. 24th, 2007 @ 02:23 pm It wasn't that it was Too Hard
Or too soft Like Goldielocks, but more of an elevation problem with the new mattresses and the bedframe stuck it up there so High the wife was gonna need a step or a stool and so without a bedframe we go but of course that's almost a step down so I split the difference with a do it yourself ten minutes nails some boards together on the higher of midway bedframe and go figure she says too high again.

But Closer.

Ten Minute Bed Frame

Master Bedroom

I actually thought I'd have a corner of the closet in the Master Bedroom...

This is supposed to be my side...

I never promised her a Rose garden either but I also never saw the point in giving people dead flowers so I got 18 more live ones to add to the dozen or so out front. I figured I'd take a break and dig around in the yard for a couple days just to relax.

When my wife and I got married we got rid of her old mattress and moved mine in as it was more comfy. Mine was quite a bit thicker and after putting on her frame (it had been resting on the floor in my apartment) we had to step on the frame to get up into it. When she was pregnant we got a stool for her side of the bed to help her get in and out.

We've since moved and ditched the squeeky old wooden frame as neither of us were crazy about it. So now it's back to resting on the floor. When we have some spare money floating around (which will hopefully happen around 2010) that's on the list.
