One of the ruptured disks in my back was letting me know it was still there this morning and I was trying to figure a way to hang the rest of the sheet rock in the house without anyone to give me a hand. I got to thinking of the jack I made to do the ceilings and I looked at the steel I had laying around and decided to make something to do walls with.

I have a few minor things to add tweak tommorrow and the next time I have to sandblast something I'll clean it up and put some paint on it, but I think it should work pretty well. The arm can be attached either up or down so it can lift a sheet of something twelve feet in the air or you can turn it upside down to hold the very bottom peice. The center of gravity is close enough to the center of the four wheels that I was able to hang a six gallon bucket of sand from it without it tipping over, so a piece of plywood or sheetrock shouldn't be a problem.
