I seriously did myself in around 6 this morning carrying the Block Box up from the wood shop.

I thought it would be safe to do since I had a nice fire burning all night in the wood burner and the main floor was 77 degrees when the dogs woke me but geez I can go over board building things that will last through the years and I know I won't be able to lift the box after the blocks are placed inside it.

I'm gonna add handles so two people can carry the thing but I'm guessing the bulk of today is gonna be spent laying flat on a heating pad until my legs stop burning...

I was supposed to haul all the Christmas stuff down from the attic today and I just don't see that happening.

The extra bedroom is halfway set up for Deb's son to move into when he escapes the snow of Illinois in a week or two and she'll probably move in I think at Christmas, I more or less rented the wifes place to a couple with three kids on HUD she liked it so much she began to cry as she watched her kids play football in the back yard and said it was the nicest place she had ever had a chance to live in and it reminded me of how lucky I am. I always stayed away from HUD in the past mostly cause I know little about it but the checklist of what they require is pretty short and I take very good care of the wife's rentals so I don't see I'll have any problems.

I have a grab bar to add to the whirlpool at the other end of the house that I use every morning so I can stand up straight, replaced the flue on the wood burner, have a friend bringing me some loads of firewood gratis, got my debts cleared properly and other than cleaning up the mess I still have in the back drive all my ducks are in a nice row including getting the wife a Kindle for Christmas since her cateract surgery went so well and have it preloaded with some books she wanted plus some freebies in the form of cook books.

The thing is super cool.

Unless I run out and catch a Metior I'm set for resting the rest of the year away before they do the surgery and it will be nice to have a housefull of people, especially during the holidays.

Peace.

Look if I put it online you can use anything you want if you credit me as the source but honestly I am over whelmed right now tying up loose ends before I have surgery on the fourth and it's gonna knock me down for a long time.

I just don't have time to write anything but glad you noticed me.
