The wife’s doing excellent they cancelled home health for me took out the staples and such no need to see her for a few weeks.

I stopped and showed her the commune project and the grass sprouting, got a new helper to try out tomorrow, and enough work to keep him busy for 5 hours while I wire up lights and all and double check my drawing for the septic tank and leave early enough to go grocery shopping leaving the help there alone for few hours to finish up things then next weekend some free help getting it leveled and the plumbing and all for the contractor to come in and get it all tied down properly with time to spare before hurricane season and she can move in.

With luck my regular friend faithful helper will be able to help me finish the cabin up and 6 weeks or so, get it rented and commence to working on the concrete swimming hole out back not actually be concrete but' leaning in that direction so I can close it in and get twenty years of year round use of the dern thing.

I'll need to fire up the and pump and move about sixyard of sands into the pool I'm guessing then do the math and see if I can concrete it or just go back to a liner but not having to wherl burrow the dirt will save my back..

(I'm collecting stainless steel tanks and pipes for a fire pit pool heater no moving parts.

Make a fire or just rake the leaves up and let them smolder for a day and I cacliminate at least a few degree rise, and oak fire over a few days it would be a sauna plus enclosing it and adding central hear would keep the water from cooling down.

I'm thing a deck on the rook.

Of course I think of these things all the time just seldom actually do them...

I'm glad to hear that your wife is doing better. Sounds like you have your work cut out for you, though!!! I envy the heated pool idea. :o)

It should be easy to pump that much sand in and it should come close to self leveling itself.

Everytime I see a pile of leaves smouldering I wonder about the BTU's it's producin...

Hope your wife is doing well!

Hawaii 5 - O, theme!

Hawaii is actually somewhat impressive, until I tell people the Dog the Bounty Hunter series was filmed, here--for whatever reason. :/

That's too cool, man.

I wanted to go to Hawaii for college really really bad...

The tuition was pennies but room and board is expensive but combined and considering it was 1981 dollars the tuition would have been the same as going anywhere else out of state.

I loved that show if I ever moved there I'd never come back LOL.
