Got one last day of work done LOL.

Probably gonna regret it but the helper wanted one more day and I thought hard and realized if everything was clean when I got out of the hospital, my mood would be much better.

I just can't sit and watch someone work though...

I feel old LOL.

The top turned out as best as I could hope for. It's a solid nine inches of reinforced concrete the stayed up late last night and got a good finish on it, pull the forms without breaking off any corners and got the crawlspace and bottom garage and works shop looking pretty spiffy.

I figure I'll need to take a day or two off after this surgery tomorrow but getting the top done was a big relief.

A Tiger Trap might be frowned upon by my Insurance Company but now the grate is in it weigh about 100 pounds trust me, the ramp down is redundantly reinforced with treated lumber so I could walk away from it at this point without fear of someday having any sand shifting as it dries out down there.

Typically it is very very dry under there, there is a 22 foot thick seam of water impermeable clay between the water table and the top four feet of sand so just in case I don't come back the wife won't have some nightmare waiting down the road if she ever had to sell the house.

I can't eat after midnight, no coffee in the morning and my surgery is not until 2:15 in the afternoon...

I'm gonna pack a lunch for when I wake up goes that is usually the second thing I ask for after arguing with the recovery room nurses to give me an actual glass of water and not a few ice chips at first...

I jump up from anesthesia ready to go, don't make me wait for a drink you might lose a tip...

I wish I had spoken to the Doc about this before hand but I bought a Disposable Kodak with a Zoom feature, was careful not to handle it much, without opening it I fumigated it for 30 minutes with some chlorine gas relax relax I bubbled the excess gas through water so no odor was detected, then flush it with oxygen I made from electrolosis and a bit of soap for a day and let the hydrogen float away to be free, Opened a pack of sterile gloves over a sterile field and double bagged the camera in brand new zip lock bags.

A bit of an overkill but I'm really hoping he'll shoot the roll or let a nurse do it.

I know with everyone suing everyone he might be reluctant but he's known me for a long time and knows I want it for my book so we'll see.

The film itself is actually packaged in the equivalent of a clean room so it should be perfectly safe to remove it from the cardboard sterilized box and then open the seal foil container without contaminating the room.

I should write a waver and include it just in case.

I am super super super pleased that I got the lid on the bunker and actually slept last night. I guess I always have dying in the corner of my mind and I would have left her a nightmare if I died before I had that all safe and stable and padlocked.

If I never see any of you all again, keep moving!

I'll be fine this is trivial the reason to do it in the hospital was just cause I had so many other damaged parts they wanted to have a crash cart nearby they said LOL.

I haven't had a real seizure in a year, I'll be just fine.

Don't you think?

I got two of them for $40 with the rings to set into the concrete.

I've also got a Steel Fire Door that weighs like 100 pounds so that will be the next step then I'll saw a hole though the bottom garage floor and make a 10 by 14 foot safe room.
