I was waking up to Alien Ant Farm Smooth Criminal but Universal Music Group won't let me embed it.
It's embedded in my head though, I'll be hearing it in my distant thoughts all day.
Stll triple digits but the insulation fixed it I have R-80 plus up there now and the air conditioner isn't running constantly all afternoon. It will pay for itself by fall.
The home is in general super insulated, I heat and cool 4500 square feet with a 3.5 ton unit, which typically is what a 2000 square foot house would need...
I also finished cleaning out the rental house I had to get the tenents out of. I can't even describe the filth they left but the drains are opened free and the carpets are thrice power washed where the cat they where not supposed to have was using as a litter box.
Most people would have at least picked it up instead of sitting there watching tv until it got mold on it but it's done and rented on the first to two school teachers.

When I drive home now and pull onto the new road and see my house my first thought is...
I need to clean up the yard! LOL
I guess in a way I'm just as untidy as the former tenents...
I literially have a car on blocks behind the house. |
