And I love to lean into the strong winds to see how it holds me up.
I'm tired but in a good way I've been sleeping so hard from dragging trees from the woods and tearing down the shed and building a well house and this and that on the cabin and some on my trailer and weeks of cleaning up trash from previous tenants and and and stringing an over built extension cord like a miniature something you'd see along the roadside device involving 22 foot poles...
It's Great Fun and good exercise plus I've scored a few treasures I had up there and forgotten about.
If I get any spare time away from the house after this is done and I have renters again plus the built in building manager to tell me if the grass needs mowed or they aren't using the Free repeat Free trash service here in Walton County a penny can go a long way... without me having to drive up and check.
Most of these places I have people already in mind the building work is just picking up and being that the F35's are coming here (IhaveareallyreallylonglenseformycameraandthefarmisinaTRAININGPATH work should pick up big time in a few months and hopefully jump start things here locally.
If I get the time I'm going to try and get my roads opened back again then let a friend set up a small Frisbee golf course for private use, (It's like getting your fence painted. If they can drive back in these areas all the need is a chain to pull out the yopoun to open up areas for greens and the roads will get watched over so in a few years when it comes time to thin the pines the timber company will use my roads already stablized to prevent erosion and I need them for doing controlled burns.)

If I won the lottery I'd pay off my debts and then clear 4 acres facing East and terrace them for an orchard in the center of a pine forest. I had a simple plan to collect water at the top of the hill in a cistern then when it filled almost to the top it would a siphon and water the trees, stop and drains out so it won't freeze in the winter, and begin again when the cistern fills back up. I wanted to have a waterwheel running a simple 1880's style dual cylinder pump that constantly pumped the water 90 feet up in elevation from the stream and guestimated it might take 5 days to fill up and begin again with zero electricity needed and I could supplement the sprinklers manually or automatically with well water during times of drought where the trees needed an extra shot of water or to plump them up near the end.
If I ran gullies perpendicular to the slop of the hill and planted the trees in the gully and grass on the mini levees it would naturally collect rain water for the trees and stop my hill from ended up at the bottom...
But that's if I have the days to do it LOL.
Oh yes and I'd need to win the Lottery.
Reality told me today I was exhausted and the radar showed a massive storn from moving in high wind's lightning I was tired and the rain relaxes me so I grabbed the camera and nothing else and went for a walk.
Walking relaxes me to no end. Seven miles a day after the wreck let me function on autopilot and burn calories and rebuild muscles and trivial things like that.
When you need a change, walk away for a bit, but never forget where Home is...
